Miserable experience. It is very small (two rooms total; it is a house with the top floor bedrooms for rent), expensive (for what you get), and extremely unprofessional and frustrating (the proprietor *changed the locks* the second day after giving me a key the first day). I would strongly recommend you avoid staying here.
The two clean, cozy rooms, - one with two twins and one with a queen, -and the adjacent bathroom were perfect for our needs. The house is filled with old world European charm. A French country breakfast was ample: eggs any way we liked, seasonal fruit, delicious croissants and coffee or tea, was served in a bright dining room and also available on the terrace. Village Landing is steps from the Beverly Yacht Club and easy walking distance from the charming village of Marion. The owner has a sweet crate trained dog.
