Although I am the owner of this company, I have used us on several occasions for various ailments and can truly attest to the quality of care we give our patients. In light of the recent one star "reviews" from past, disgruntled employees, I feel compelled to use my voice. These three employees were all let go for a reason. They speak untruths about business practices they know nothing about and are determined to ruin a small company that provides excellent, NEEDED, quality care in a small town community. I grew up here and am raising my family here. We are honest people and an honest company, one that would NEVER steal from ANYONE. I hope when people read these ratings that they focus on the real reviews and not the writings of disillusioned, sour and disgruntled former employees.
I went to Chiron for double knee replacement a while back and received excellent care for post surgical physical therapy. They were patient with me, as I am elderly. I enjoyed the staff very much. They were friendly and attentive. The staff was very knowledgeable about the care that was needed to provide me with a quicker recovery than expected.
Being a long term employee of Chiron physical therapy I can attest to the high level of patient care ,however the company has illegally withheld 401k contributions for months, has been late making employee insurance contributions resulting in cancellations of policies, clinic evictions and IRS liens. The company has had a very high turnover of clinicians (6 in one year) which speaks volumes. I terminated my employment at the advice of the Department of Labor... STAY AWAY!! The only egregious act is I am still waiting for PTO pay and two years of matching 401k
I went to Chiron for therapy after total shoulder replacement. As a patient 2 and a half months on, my range of motion is well on its way back and there is little pain left. I am doing many things with the shoulder normally (within reason). The staff was knowledgeable and treated me with care. I enjoyed knowing all of them.
I had a wonderful experience with Chiron Physical Therapy. I had an IT band injury which stopped me from running. Within 5 weeks of receiving excellent care and an expert plan to regain full mobility, I was on the road again! Not only did they care for my physical injury, the Chiron team helped supported me mentally during the non-running phase which as a marathon runner was extremely challenging. I would highly recommend Chiron PT. Thank you for all your hard work, excellent care and support.
