Staff out side in car often on phone and not in house, found out by coming home when they were supposed to be caring for bed bound totally disabled stroke victim

Throws garbage on street instead of trash can.....
Staff leaves for appointments without notice when scheduled to work
Frankly I have never seen anything like this in my life. Steer clear.
